GlobalSpiceTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2025 and is registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We were founded with a single conviction: India's extraordinary agricultural wealth deserves a world-class integrated partner. We bridge the gap between India's finest farms and international buyers — across three interconnected service pillars: manufacturing, commodity trading, and full-service exports.

Incorporated in Noida

GlobalSpiceTech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated under the Companies Act in Noida, Uttar Pradesh — with a mandate to build a vertically integrated, quality-first agro export business from India.

Mar 2025

APEDA Registration & FSSAI Licence

Secured APEDA registration and FSSAI licence within the first quarter, enabling us to begin compliant export of spices and processed food products to international markets.

Apr 2025

Pan-India Sourcing Network Established

Signed procurement agreements with 200+ registered grower cooperatives across 8 states — Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Punjab.

Jun 2025

ISO 22000:2018 Certification

Achieved ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System certification, along with HACCP compliance — opening doors to EU, UK and GCC regulated buyers.

Aug 2025

First Export Shipments

Dispatched our first export containers — black pepper and turmeric to the UAE and Germany — marking the beginning of active international trade operations from our Noida facility.

2026

Organic Certification & US Market Entry

Pursuing USDA NOP and EU Organic certifications to serve the premium organic buyer segment. US market entry planned through existing distribution partnerships.
